چکیده
Abstract. The availability of a benchtop nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, low cost and easily transportable, can allow detection quantities biosensors, provided that hyperpolarized species are used. Here we show the micromolar threshold be reached by employing laser-polarized xenon cage molecules reversibly hosting it. Indirect caged is made via chemical exchange, using ultra-fast Z spectroscopy based on spatio-temporal encoding. On this non-dedicated low-field several ideas proposed to improve signal.

A Benchtop Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is an analytical technique that performs elemental analysis with excellent sensitivity and high sample throughput. The ICP-MS instrument employs a plasma (ICP) as the ionization source and a mass spectrometer (MS) analyzer to detect the ions produced. It can simultaneously measure most elements in the periodic table and determine analyte con...

The toxicity detection is achieved through precise measurement of green algae oxygen production dynamics after thei...
متن کاملDevelopment of Ultra-fast Biosensors for Detection of Non-electroactive Neurotransmitters
During neuronal communication neurotransmitters are released through the process exocytosis that occurs on the time scale of sub-milliseconds to milliseconds. Neuronal activity by neurotransmitters that are non-electroactive cannot easily be monitored due to limitations in the temporal resolutions of the sensor probes for these analytes. In order to achieve a fast detection of the rapid transie...

Z-Spec is a broadband (195 310 GHz), direct-detection, millimeter-wave spectrometer with moderate resolution (R ~ 350) that we are building to observe CO rotational lines and atomic fine-structure lines in the recently discovered population of submillimeter galaxies. A large fraction of these sources cannot be identified optically and thus redshift determination is extremely difficult. The larg...
